Welcome to AuditivaPro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at auditivapro.com. These Terms of Service govern all professional engagements, digital products, and physical goods offered under the domain of Audit Checks and Report Management. By accessing our site or completing any purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Professional Services
Our Audit Checks and Report Management services are scheduled consultations and deliverables tailored to each client’s requirements. You may reschedule an appointment by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, less a small administrative processing fee. Once a service has commenced or the final report has been delivered, no refund is available due to the specialized nature of our work. However, at our discretion, we may offer a rescheduled engagement in lieu of a refund.
2. Digital Information Products
Digital guides, templates, and courses are provided electronically. Once access credentials or download links are delivered, we cannot offer refunds because of the immediate and irreversible provision of content. Please review product details thoroughly before purchase. Transfers of access to another user may be allowed only with our prior written consent.
3. Physical Goods
Printed manuals or branded materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please submit a request via our form at Contact Us. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
4. Payment and Refund Processing
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer. All fees are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original method is no longer available, we will offer a credit note of equal value valid for future services or products. Refunds generally take up to 10 business days to process after approval.
